A magical and emotional day : on Saturday 21st of September 2019, an Ironman Indoor was held in favour of the Swiss Recovery Center foundation, in the training room at Mont-sur-Lausanne RLX TRAINING.

The Swiss Recovery Center team and its president, Yves Vionnet, warmly thank all those who helped and participated in this long-term sports day for people with spinal cord injury.

Special thanks to Ruben Lavalle, initiator and organizer of this day in his training room RLX TRAINING, to Go By Yourself SA for the bikes used by our para-tetraplegics athletes, to the Croc The Rock team for their music and their delicious raclettes, to all the donors who sponsored the teams and finally to all the athletes who went above and beyond in this hard and long event.
